Integral Business Solutions has been acquired by DIT
Distributed Information Technologies, Inc. (DIT), an Arlington, Virginia-based IT professional services company, announced today that it is acquiring the cyber security consulting practice of Minneapolis, Minnesota-based Integral Business Solutions, LLC (Integral).
The acquisition brings together strong, complementary service offerings – DIT’s deep expertise in application development and enterprise asset management solutions and Integral’s extensive experience in information security solutions. Following the acquisition, DIT will be able to offer more holistic IT solutions to its clients and to leverage its areas of expertise to improve and advance existing solutions.
